⇢ Pre-hike drop off: We will take you to the trailhead where you'll start your hike.
⇠ Post-hike pick up: We will pick you up at the trailhead where you'll end your hike.

CANCELATION POLICY

  • Full refund (minus $20 processing fee) if you cancel more than 30 days before service date.

  • 50% refund if you cancel between 29 and 14 days before service date.

  • No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before service date.

  • If Backcountry Found must cancel the shuttle less than 14 days before service date due to any reason beyond the control of Backcountry Found (road closures, flash floods, etc.), there will be a full refund (minus $20 processing fee).
